Shipping and Returns

After placing your order we will despatch it as soon as possible.
If your item is in stock we usually despatch orders placed before 12 the same day.

If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have it within two working days.

Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible. We aim to have your order with you within 2 to 10 working days. If you have any special requirements regarding your order please make a note in the comments box of the ordering process. Please note we cannot arrange deliveries for specific times only days.

Postage and Packaging costs are:-

Purchases up to £20.00 = £2.00
Purchases up to £40.00 = £4.00
Purchases up to £75.00 = £7.50

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £75.00 for UK Mainland only.

Please note that we currently do NOT SHIP items outside of the UK. We possibly will look into this at the future.

Please note, any deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to change due to weight of item ordered. We will always contact customer's prior to dispatch to clarify.

Our stock levels are enormous, but due to the huge range of products available it’s inevitable some items will be temporarily out of stock, in this case you will contacted if the delay is likely to exceed 7 working days.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 14 days of invoice date. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. No refund will be given if after this 14-day period.
If refund requested, a 20% restocking charge is applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until we receive them. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery.

For exchange of items, please note that an additional £8.99 will be required to cover postage costs.
